A spice full of history

Minaya is a village located in the heart of La Mancha, Albacete North. Until recently, most of his neighbors were linked to the cultivation of saffron. From the ninth century that the Arabs introduced in the Iberian Peninsula, has been refined and refining again its manufacturing process to achieve the quality that we enjoy today. In La Mancha are written references to its cultivation since 1720.
