Galician Cream Spirit Pazo Pondal

Marc cream Pazo Pondal has as ingredients pomace brandy, obtained from the Albariño grape bagasse, cream and top quality sugar. The pomace brandy and cream homogenized to form an emulsion, prevents separation of the two components. After procedures of flavoring with vanilla and other essences, and colored with caramel, only then it's filtered for bottling.
