Cured Sheep Cheese
Produced and elaborated with artisan and natural methods. Very soft interior texture. Amongst the main features of this cheese are the intense and persisting aroma, soft taste and high content of calcium. Cheese elaborated from sheep raw milk, with fantastic aroma and bouquet.
Ingredients: Sheep raw milk, cynara cardunculus and salt. Keep at temperatures between 4 & 6 ºC Format: 700-800 grs (approx unit weight) Conservation: 6 months
